Offering agency staff to Nursing/Residential homes, Domiciliary auxiliary staff, NHS agency supply. We have fully trained staff available 24 hours a day, all are DBS checked and have two references before they begin working for us.
We offer training internally and externally by a qualified instructor/assessor.
We can provide support to Domiciliary care companies and the NHS by supplying care staff 24 hours a day and one to one care that is also 24 hours.

Long Business Description

We provide quality staff to Nursing/Residential homes. We support Domiciliary care companies if they are short of staff this is the same with the NHS. We offer full training courses from moving and handling, medication awareness, safeguarding and infection control to name a few. All out training is face to face class room based and updated annually. Staff have a full practical training course on manual handling and use of hoists.
We support Nursing/Residential, Domiciliary and the NHS in North Wales, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Neston, Wirral and liverpool.
We are currently waiting for a registration with the CQC and we shall be providing Domiciliary care in the following areas Chester, Ellesmere Port, Neston and the Wirral. All staff are trained to the same high standard and meet all the criteria for compliance.

Underpaid me for the weeks I worked for them, firstly told me I’m going to get paid 46+ hours as over-time then it changed to 48+ Hours. Also I got told that 30 mins of break is unpaid and then it changed to 45 mins, furthermore, I havent even had 45 min break on most days and this was wrote on paper that it was only 30. Unfair deductions.

Absolutely rubbish the Birkenhead one is! Not worth working for them! Staff are snotty and don’t even pay you if you have a disagreement with them disgusting
