most recent unannounced full inspection from the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW),
the CIW visited the office, and contacted people who receive support from them.
They considered the quality of life of people using the service, the quality of
staffing and quality of the leadership and management. In line with the
previous inspection reports no non-compliance notices were issued and no areas
of improvement were identified.
